The lady I talked to on the phone was very polite, my nurse, Michelle was phenomenal at listening to me, getting me to relax,and explained everything well. Dr. Mohammed Sharafeldien was excellent!! No pain!, very nice, easy to talk to, very explanatory, just really blew me away at how good he was. I was terrified and have not been to a dentist in years! I made my appointment for a regular visit without hesitation!”

“Huge waste of my time. I made an appointment months ago. I come here for the first time and they tell me their hygienist is out for today so I cannot have my teeth cleaned and typically a first appointment only includes an exam/xrays with no cleaning. They asked their dentist if she would do the cleaning and she declined. I had xrays done within the past year so I did not need them. I did not make an appointment months in advance, take off work, & drive 30 mins to have a dentist look at my mouth with her eyes and send me on my way to bill my insurance. They asked me to reschedule. Insane.”
