How likely are you to recommend Unizon Mental Health Services, LLC?
What patients say on Google
“Cheryl is the best Therapist. She is a blessing because she helps my mental health and how to teach me to handle things better and how to deal with them.Everytime I go visit her it's relaxing and calming. I feel great after we have our session. I really appreciate the time I have with her. 🥰”
“Cheryl is the most helpful therapist I've ever encountered. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to get to know me, knows when I need a little silence and when I need a nudge. I can't express how much I value having her as my therapist.”
“Finding the right therapist can be difficult, but working with Cheryl has truly been a positive and meaningful experience for me. When I first started looking for a therapist, one of the most important things I wanted was someone who would actually talk with me and explain things in a way I could understand, rather than talk at me. From the very beginning, she created a space where conversations felt collaborative, thoughtful, and supportive. Another thing that was really important to me was cultural understanding. As a queer Latina woman, I wanted someone who I felt could understand parts of my identity and lived experience without me feeling like I had to constantly explain or translate them. With her, I’ve always felt seen, respected, and comfortable showing up as my full self. She is compassionate, insightful, and incredibly intentional in the way she supports her clients. I appreciate the care she brings into every session and the way she helps me reflect, grow, and better understand myself. I’m really grateful to have found a therapist who not only listens but truly connects with her clients. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is thoughtful, culturally aware, and genuinely invested in the people she works with.”
“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this agency. I was seeking mental health services for my son and simply asked for clarification regarding documentation that I never received. Instead of working through the issue, the staff member became dismissive and chose not to move forward with the referral based on basic questions and responses. I found this to be highly unprofessional and concerning, especially given the importance of timely and supportive communication when it comes to a child’s mental health. Families deserve understanding, patience, and clear communication—not to be turned away for asking reasonable questions. Cheryl Rittfeldt is the one I was speaking with and says she odd the owner which makes the matters worse as the lack of empathy and kindness she Carries in this sort of a business is concerning”
