“In January of 2024, I started seeing Cristina at the Exeter office of Tiffany Griffiths and Associates. I am going to be fully transparent here- when I start therapy last year I was in a rough spot. Panic attacks everyday, not eating correctly, not sleeping, terrible nightmares, smoking nearly 2 packs of cigarettes per day, and I had barely any confidence in myself. What I love about my experience is that it really was tailored to my needs, and while I had a guiding hand, Cristina really motioned me to take a front seat in my healing. I started out with seeing a psychologist for one visit, to do testing and get a diagnosis. Then I met with Cristina and we set goals for the following months, that would then be reevaluated at a later date to determine if they are relevant still. Cristina taught me healthy coping skills that I used, and still use, every day. I had to want it for myself and put in the work. I did, and eventually I started to make lifestyle changes. Eating better, getting to bed on time, lessening nightmares, I even quit smoking. I hit 5 months smoke free on March 6th. I quit cold turkey. I was discharged from therapy last week and I wanted to write this review. I cannot thank Cristina enough. I am so glad I gave Tiffany Griffiths a call, and gave them a chance, my life is so different from last year, and I am beyond grateful.”
“If I could leave half a star I would. I brought my Son here to be evaluated back in June and have tried to get his results for the past 3 months now. I have left multiple emails, messages, and have called many many times. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone in the office to get his results. I was told they were sent in the mail 3 weeks ago. Have not received anything. I have pressed every single option to try to speak to someone and get someone on the phone. To say I am beyond angry is an understatement. I even drove down to the Exeter office to try and get some answers to no avail. I have no idea when I will finally get some answers and receive my son's results. When I do I will be taking my business elsewhere never in my life have I had to go through so much trouble. I am beyond upset and frustrated because I feel like my son's results are still not ready and I'm being lied to about it and told they are being mailed to me to put me off from calling or sending anymore emails. The unprofessionallism is absolutely disgusting as a parent who is just trying to get my child the help he needs and deserves. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get their child any type of help.”
“The website says they have all of these comprehensive services available when in actuality the services are so far booked out that they actually don't offer much of what they advertise. Looks great, but its just for show apparently. And they don't take people with Geisinger insurance because Geisinger doesn't pay them enough to take their patients. But health care is a business after all so that's understandable. I just feel they should adjust their website so they advertise only what they ACTUALLY offer. And while I do understand that COVID has shut down just about everything across the planet, I do recall inquiring about services long before the pandemic started and found the same situation with this office's services being booked out 6-8 months ahead. Unfortunately my daughter's issues have only worsened due to the lack of services available in this area and COVID is really not to blame for that. As far as there being a shortage of psychologists in this area... I have not found that to be true....there are a wide range of different types of counselors in this area and MORE than enough to provide mental health services for all. There just aren't a lot of providers of testing and assessments for people with higher needs. Again, I just think their website advertises services that they really don't/can't provide.”
“Ashley is great and I’m sure everyone else is, too! Thanks for all you do!”
