“For the first few years since 2017, it was good, but after they switched both my providers, it went downhill so incredibly fast for myself. I got discharged for 2 missed appointments. When I legally need a medication provider due to one of my medications. So if anyone wants to go to this place. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Just have your regular doctor prescribe medication. These people WILL NOT listen to you or your concerns & most of them do not care. The ones that do care are the ones that they are trying to get rid of. Thankfully, my boyfriend finally does have someone who does care about their patients. I haven't had a caring counselor provider since a couple of years ago & I've never had a caring medication provider ever. Most of them don't care about anyone's well-being. If you are able to find caring providers, then you are very lucky because there are not very many.”

“This Place went down hill in the last couple years and has a huge turn around with therapists and med prescribers. When you try to complain, they gas light you and defend their employees talking to you inappropriately. I do not recommend anyone go here.”

“Amazing staff, have been a client for over 5 years ; the staff is always polite and understanding, the counselors/therapist are amazing , they make you feel like they actually do care about you and your mental health, regardless of the fact that that’s their job they truly do care, I’ve improved quite significantly since being a client, definitely recommend! keep up the great work!!”
