How likely are you to recommend CASA-Trinity, Inc.?
What patients say on Google
“If you are on the fence about calling or going there there's no need to be. They are great. I have had the same counselor for 8 years. I absolutely love her. Ive had a few different providers but they have all been great. Hornells casa trinity has great people that really care.”
“I like the ladies there. I do miss my old counselor though but I'm getting used to my new one. I love the fact that they have a small food pantry now. Super helpful in a pinch. I honestly would not have to go here except that my primary care doctor is not allowed to write my prescription so I didn't have a choice but to go through CASA and the system just to get my medicine. I'm just really happy that they understand my situation as I was already in a position of not having a problem. In all honesty though ,I recommend this place to anyone whether you think you need help or not. Never hurts to give it a shot if you happen to be in a situation where the only two directions you have left are back up or further down. Moving yourself back up is a much better trail to take. You are the only one who has the power to give yourself peace but these folks can help you get to it.”
“I had an amazing experience over the short time I was there. I left a.m.a. but to no fault of CASA or the staff by any means, they were absolutely attentive and always appropriate for the many different situations and personalities I experienced. I'm usually a really reserved person and felt comfortable enough there to smile and laugh again, and it was a great feeling. I'd go back anytime (if life could really offer luxury treatment and 30 days off whenever I chose). The food was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Shannon- you rockkkkkk!!! She is a single cook for all of the patients, who usually eat separately because everything is always made fresh and we were allowed to help for Thanksgiving and it was just what we needed to help pass our time and take us back to a normal element of thinking. For me only staying 5 days I feel like a new woman either way, and I'm super grateful for all of you! Thanks for inspiring me! I know I left unexpectedly, but I really still feel like a new person. I should have brought my suboxone home or had a doctor in mind possibly, but I don't even feel like that was necessary now. I'm so happy even though I'm technically M.I.A. Coming home and looking at my situation I feel super silly for how many years I spent doing the same thing. I can't even begin to tell you how much my thoughts and feelings have changed. And it was only 5 days present, and 23 days sober minded, but so far I feel positive that I won't be looking back at that ridiculous "hobby" anytime soon, and you all definitely contributed. Thanks a bunch!”
“This program is nice but they should also consider the outpatient programs like cares, council on addiction and recovery, they offer outpatient services for normal working humans of society to stay active instead of being depressed from inpatient scenery.”
