What patients say on Google
“When I first started coming to this place it was awful. Most of the staff was very rude and didn't seem to care at all about the patients or helping them succeed in recovery. Now I don't mind coming here. Almost all of the staff you interact with are friendly and will chat with you. That being said they also seem to have a high turn over rate with the staff. Seems like each month the ones you started to get to know are gone and new ones are there. But at least so far they are all nice. I absolutely love my doctor Dr. Griggs. Wouldn't come there if I didn't have him he's great. Still a few things to improve on but definitely doing better.”
“Transitions in Bloomington and their staff have made a huge impact on my sobriety. Providing a non judgmental and compassionate care. Staff changes are constant, but usually positive. Recent staff changes have made such an immense negative impact on the entire atmosphere of the office. Front office staff needs to be prepared to handle decrepancies calmly, and provide patients with the same respect and professionalism they would offer at any other type of medical facility.”
“I went here for primary care. Rhonda M. and Amber M. are top notch. They are awesome. I had several issues getting my medications refilled EVERY single time. Med changes were a nightmare. All the folks are nice enough, but that doesn't do much good if they're overworked and the job is not getting done. I attended for three months or so. In that time, my nurse practitioner was ill on two separate occasions and neither time did the receptionists notify me prior to showing up for my appointment. If Amber or Rhonda ever leave there, I would seek them out for primary care in a heartbeat. But not with them remaining there. It's just a cluster ****.”
“I LOVE this place, the people that work there are very caring people. I was so nervous the 1st time I went there, that I almost did not go. But I had no choice.. I'm sure glad I did. They made me feel comfortable. Very professional, but fun and funny. They have always worked with me. I feel like I made new friends. From the front desk to the doctor 's and therapist. I love them all. We can't always have what we want, but that isn't there fault. It's yours. I own what I do. I don't blame others for it. Have a good night !!!”
