“DON'T GO HERE!!!! Completely unresponsive, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. Basirat was quite literally the WORST mental health professional I've ever experienced. From inappropriate and unprofessional comments, to "go ahead and send your diagnostic report to our staff email" that goes to everyone, to just not responding to emails. She ONLY offers telehealth, where they say to be on at least 5-10 minutes early, where she has been late 2 out of the 3 appointments I've had with her. The one she wasn't, was only because her earlier appointment cancelled and she was hoping I'd jump on the call early. I guess I will navigate what I should do with my medication on my own, since nobody has gotten back to me. I emailed them Thursday (I also emailed the owner on Friday), and today (Monday afternoon), I still have zero responses. Don't waste your time. If you need medication, this place is DANGEROUS. I'd highly advise going elsewhere!”

“I have been trying to set a new patient appointment for the past 3 weeks and the communication with this office has been atrocious. After I received an initial email where they ironically state 'thank you for reaching out - that's the hardest step' I was ghosted for a week. I followed up and the office admin Krish apologized and said there was 'email issues.' I promptly completed the intake questionnaire (an hour of my time) and after being offered an appointment that doesn't work for me, I've been ghosted again. Not to mention the office admin and office owner don't seem to be on the same page, as I was simultaneously getting emails from each. I don't want to know what patient care is like if basic communication is this lacking.”
