“Billing department does not know how to bill insurance correctly -tricare specifically. I called on 3 different occasions to correct their mistake. I even called tricare to see how they would need to bill them tricare told me and I relayed the information however, my card was billed $540 because they do not know how to properly bill insurance. When I asked the "supervisor" to cancel my appointments- she told me because I was in the 48hr time frame of cancelation they would bill my card the 140 for the cancelation fee and refused the waive the fee nor cancel the appointment. Do NOT use this company.”

They turned me away because I couldn’t pay the co pay which is embarrassing but I was on the ledge that day and was broke needing to talk to someone and because I couldn’t pay I didn’t get to talk to anyone. One of the worst experiences of my life.”
