Working with Kisha has been such a blessing with the tools and help i’ve received from Kisha my life has drastically improved my mood my relationships my work ethic, everything. Nothing is perfect but I feel real again and i can visualize a bright future for myself and my family and I can always use what I learned here in every part of my life to help me be successful and stay grounded. The biggest lesson I learned is to give yourself grace, be kind to yourself , it’s going to be okay. “Yesterday (7-8-25) I/We (2 family members) had rhe honor of attending the first Movement & Sound Healing Yoga event. We had such an amazing experience to include physical body experience that was soooooo soothing, release of tension/pain. To be honest words can not explain the experience overall at all. We so look forward and hope that the organization & facility coordinates a permanent schedule, it would be even a greater honor and experience if young teens are allowed to attend in the presence of their guardians because I for sure know my children would LOVE this experience and feeling.
