(I really hope I got that title right) It took me a few months to work up the nerve to make an appt. Don’t like talking about myself at all and thought I was too tough to go to a psychologist/ psychiatrist.. until I wasn’t. Michelle is very kind and easy to talk to while still being a straight shooter. I never felt judged or looked down upon for my traditional or old school ways of thinking. If you’re going through something, you cant go wrong giving Michelle or any of there other providers a chance over at Killeen Psychiatry. I drive an hour for my every visit; and it’s still worth it.”

They listen to you and hear what you are saying. They always have time for you and go above and beyond for you. They make you feel like you matter and are always there for you to reach out to. They will always search for a plan that works for you and they dont give up until they find what works. They never make you feel like you are asking too much of them. So many other people make ypu feel like you are a burden for asking for help and asking for a change of plan if you feel like something is not working for you. But it is not that way here. If you feel like something isn't working, you tell them and they will do what they can. I can't imagine going anywhere else for help. These people genuinely care. Even Miles on the front desk is great with making you feel welcome and is always prompt and polite and accomodating in all correspondance. Often you feel uncomfortable with the front desk staff at places but Miles is a perfect addition to the place.”
