“The staff here are so awesome! I was prepared to go take my drug screening for a major job opportunity, and had set up an appointment for the last slot of the day, but my car battery died at some point and my car would not start. I called them right away and explained the situation, and were so accommodating! Although it was hugely inconvenient for them, they allowed me a little extra time to Uber to the clinic provided I was able to test right away. When I got there, I was able to check in a little after my scheduled time, provide the sample, and was out of there so fast - all without feeling like I had dropped the ball.
