“Dr Reed is ok I guess. Staff is HORRIBLE. Dr. Reeds nurse thinks it's ok to hang up on a patient. She also refuses to relay messages to him and talks to patients in a condescending tone like you are a 5-year-old child. I overlooked a ton of the staff errors in the past but it's just unacceptable. The lack of caring is blatantly obvious. Maybe a letter to Mr. West or Dr. Shah would help get that place in line.”

“The pharmacy is amazing. They are always great at communicating and very nice and polite people. I never thought I would have a family pharmacy experience at a doctors office clinic but here it is about 5 years later and they are still fun to talk to, smile and refreshing. Thats why I choose them even though there are closer pharmacies near me.”

“I get the feeling that they don't really care. Lots of little mistakes. Inaccurate info in chart notes. Making mistakes with referrals (no physician signature). Telling me they don't have time to see me...go to Immediate Care Clinic. Lack of direction of how can I handle pain and other ideas that could have helped me. I advise you not to go there. I now feel that I have to find a new doctor.”

“Man. Where do I begin? I love my doctor, but he’s not the greatest for my husband. We’ve called daily for 3 days, with 1 message marked as “urgent” but never got back to us. He’s been in pain for 3 days. I’m a vet tech and if we didn’t call owners back within 2 hours…. Why is human medicine so different? Are they too busy? Too many patients? What’s the deal. I’d hate to go through the hassle of finding a new doctor, but our health matters too. I’m just disappointed. I’d even appreciate a call back stating we haven’t been forgotten/ he was out of the office/eating lunch— anything! Just touch base with us.”
