“I have been waiting well over a month for these people to call me back about a new counselor for my kid. She wants a female counselor. I called and asked to switch to a female and the secretary or what ever they are called now said I will call you back to set that up. NOTHING! they don't care about anyone, they don't care if their clients are okay or not.”

“Casey Brown, the only doctor to prescribe at Jamestown's behavioral health center is not able to provide the care patients need. Doctor will cancel and skip appointments leaving you unseen for months and months, prescribing incorrect medications and does not prescribe when needed on a monthly basis therefore causing people who need these medications to be worse than before seeing this doctor. Efforts by other staff to fix issues for over a year haven’t been successful as only he can prescribe medications.”
