What patients say on Google

“They were very quick to take me as a new patient. When I arrived for my first appointment the woman working the desk was new but very kind. She got me through all the signing quickly and it was very easy to understand. I arrived early so I did have a wait, naturally, but I only had to wait a few more minutes after my initial appointment time before seeing the nurse. Which isn’t something I complain about because healthcare workers have a lot to do and I was already early. The nurse was incredibly kind and service was fast. I came for primary and gender affirming care. Which everyone was very respectful about and made sure I knew everything about my care. A prescription was handled quickly and so was booking my future appointments! I highly recommend them, just be patient and polite.”

“Very few staff at Evergreen Health ar great people, other than that they are not good. They say they want to help you and they know how you are, but they don't work with you properly. They ask for you do not get upset, but know that when you are calm for a certain amount of time doing the right thing and only get upset by external factors from the wrong doing of others (big or small.) And, then they go and lie about it to their higher ups, and put the full blame on you. And, say to you in a letter (w/ false wording) that you are not allowed to receive services from them for 5 years. That is a 100% wrong. Especially, when they sign a behavioral contact w/ you and they break it first; and you being upset w/ their wrong doing secondarily. A contract like that is a two way street. So, don't trust Evergreen Health. For, if you are mentally and/or Intellectually/Developmentally disabled they could do the same thing to you. Meaning they will put the full blame on you and end getting away w/ their wrongdoings that they did first.”

“Very nice staff. Doctor's are great they listen to you and help every way they can”

“The Jamestown location is wonderful. This one star review is for the Elm Street, Buffalo office. I have never been treated more rudely by nurse in my entire life. I was attempting to set up care for my trans son, as it's the only trans location that treats minors. Never. If how I was treated over the phone is a sign of how they treat their patients I would rather die. The worst healthcare experience I've ever had.”
