What patients say on Google

“DO NOT GO HERE IN CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY! They do not care. They do not follow protocol. They are extremely rude and insensitive. Do not visit with a medical emergency, this cannot be expressed enough. I think the only thing this hospital knows how to assist with is a sprain or broken arm but even then I bet they'll send you somewhere else. I blame the hiring manager most of all for hiring the nurses here, each human I interacted with here was a perfect example of how NOT to treat a patient. Schools should take their students here to show them the perfect example of how to be a horrible nurse. The nicest person working here is the security officer working at the front before you enter. The disorganization of this location is honestly fascinating, I ask myself how theyve been in business so long but then you see them bill you even though they dont help during your medical emergency, some people must actually pay that, they dont even attempt to charge your insurance. I had been here for 2 medical emergencies for myself then one for my family member, each time was for different reasons but one thing was consistent which was the mistreatment from the nurses along with ZERO fix to the original issue.”

“I honestly had a great experience here. My last few ER visits (at other hospitals) have not been good at all so I was nervous to go. The front desk staff were kind and quickly got me checked in. I was taken back immediately and Dr. Weatherall saw me within 10 minutes of being in my room. He was so kind and listened to all of my concerns and took them seriously, I never once felt dismissed. He asked questions and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. Ashley the paramedic was amazing and got my IV started on the first try, and she kept me updated throughout my stay. Honestly everyone I encountered was very nice, and did a great job! I’m very grateful my reason for being there wasn’t as bad as it felt, and I appreciate everyone treating me so well and ruling out the really bad stuff ❤️”

“As someone who has worked in the medical field for some years and worked hand n hand with the ER, I was amazed by the efficiency and professionalism of this facility. I had an unfortunate UTI and had no choice but to go to the er, dreading sitting there in pain for hours waiting for everyone to get triage before me. Instead, they had a fast track system that was so efficient and effective! I was in and out within an hour and on my way to get meds to get better. Furthermore, I wasnt treated like a waste of bed space. They were very understanding of how I felt and how serious it was for me. They were glad I came in and took it seriously. I NEVER had this kind of experience going to the ER. I dont take the time to write reviews. But this was the standard for care. Definitely raised the bar for me. A system that makes sense and a staff that was smart enough to get labs ASAP to get results quickier. Just amazed is all.”

“My boyfriend came here not being able to walk on his leg that had a hip replacement a month and a half before. They did an x ray and blood clot check. Didn’t find anything and discharged him despite the fact he couldn’t walk and was in serious pain! He went to another hospital 6 hours later where they confirmed he had an infection and is now having surgery 3 days after being at this hospital. They are negligent of patients who aren’t an easy check. He kept telling them something wasn’t right but they didn’t care they told him he was going home.”
