What patients say on Google
“I had read several reviews that describes the office staff as rude, and I waited until I had been treated by Dr. Cheema for six months before writing a review. My experience: "He's the best in Winchester"- a quote from someone who would absolutely have a view of options in Winchester, and I agree with the lady who said that to me in the beginning. Dr. Cheema has proven to listen carefully to what's going on in my life and with my illness. PTSD, bipolar II, and anxiety disorder. I do not get the feeling I'm subject to a cookie cutter approach. This doctor knows his patients and listens to them. Doc added a drug and reduced the dose of another one. Proved to be right for me, and I don't go through life feeling like a zombie. If that is what you're after- to get whatever pill and go full zombie-this practice may not be for you. However, if you seek competent treatment by a doctor who will treat you like a person and not a number, and work with you as a TEAM to manage your issues and maximize your life, then look no further. I would highly recommend. To me, really the provider is more important than the support staff. However, in six months of treatment I have found the office staff to be super professional and kind. I feel that negative reviews directed toward Sandy are at best mistaken. Total pros, top to bottom. Offers telehealth once they know you. Out of pocket price is reasonable compared to others. I give Dr. Cheema and Sandy five stars. Courteous, kind, professional. They give you a reminder call a day or two before. I'm under good care, all the way around. Things were a mess the day I set my first appointment and now, they're just not. My salary has increased, even. Doing better at work, family happy to have the real me back. And I'm happy to be back and better than ever. Thanks, Doctor Cheema!”
“MS Sandy provides excellent customer service. Kind, respectful and always willing to make you comfortable. Also, my doctor is the best. Always a good listener and never rush you out of the office. Dr. Chamber the best. Pam Boomer”
“I echo the other reviews that mention how rude the front office people are. Not only are they rude, but they make very little effort to contact patients and keep them informed. Calls are not returned, appointments are cancelled without notification, and people already suffering from psychological issues are forced to deal with this nonsense. They keep a very tight schedule on prescriptions as well, only giving enough to last the next appointment... so imagine the shape you're in when things go awry (as they often do given the communication standards) and suddenly you're out of medicine and desperate for them to help - but they won't since you don't have an appointment. The appointment btw, in Dr. Cheema's case, is nothing more than him saying hi, ignoring what you say, and then ordering more of your meds for you. The place doesn't care about patient care, it only exists to keep you paying them for your prescriptions.”
“Waited for 3 months to get an Appointment, Filled out tons of paperwork. Finally received a call to make an Appointment for my kids and the very rude receptionist decided she didn't like me. Put me on hold for 20 minutes because I asked if it was possible to schedule an Appointment a little sooner then what she was offering. When she came back on the phone stated that I would need to go somewhere else because she was denying me service. If this receptionist represents the doctor's at this facility it's a very poor business practice especially for a Mental Health facility. No wonder we have such a huge Mental Health problem in our country if the receptionist can deny you service like this. Never make an Appointment with this place. There are way better Choices.”
