“Initially, my care was positive and staff interactions were professional and reassuring. However, over time, communication issues became significant and concerning. There appeared to be assumptions made about my status as a patient that were never clearly communicated to me and did not align with my understanding or actions. Attempts to clarify these issues were difficult and often unclear. The most troubling part of my experience involved a situation where prescribed medication, valued at over $2,000, could not be accounted for. Despite raising the issue, I did not receive clear answers or resolution, which was extremely concerning given the importance, use, and cost of the medication. Overall, while my experience began on a positive note, the breakdown in communication and lack of accountability ultimately undermined my trust. I would strongly encourage the practice to improve internal communication and ethical practices to prevent situations like this in the future. Looking forward to holding this practice accountable for their actions.”

I've had other providers tell me not to listen when adjusting meds. I feel she's one of the best in Tallahassee. I would recommend making an appointment with her and you will be well taken care of.
