“Genuinely such a good patient experience. I have had previous providers who were somewhat dismissive and would brush off my concerns but I have not experienced that with Dr. Plante. He always acknowledges my concerns which makes me feel respected and actually heard as a patient. That includes the rest of the staff as well. Nurse Ellen is so sweet!! And all the front desk ladies are always friendly faces. It's difficult /stressful enough seeking psychiatric help to begin with, so finding a place like this I feel like I am finalllyyyy experiencing comprehensive care. Thanks for all y'all do!! :- )”

“If you’re scared about seeking psychiatric help, don’t be scare her to come here. Everyone is very friendly. Everyone is trying to help you out. Even if there is a potential issue, they’re already in the process of fixing it. I have a strong bias against doctors, but I can definitely tell the difference between the level of care here. I referred several people here. It’s up to them to seek it on their own. I just told them you know how picky I am so they know it’s the real deal.”
