What patients say on Google

“St. Marys offers various services for adults and children. The clinic is clean, wait times for dosing and medication are short and security guards are stationed on every floor. My intake process included meeting with a nurse & counselor, drug screening, blood work, and setting up medical transportation. They offer MAT treatment options and Drs that can manage other medications for you as well (they dont diagnose and treat ailments like diabetes cancer etc). There is an inpatient addiction facility inside the building for those who require a more intense/longterm treatment plan. There is a monthly calender for groups(aa/na etc) that meet inside the building (date/time/location). St. Marys is by far the best facility I have ever gone to for outpatient treatment. The staff always asks how I'am, if I need anything, and more. Thanks to their ongoing support I feel content and secure in my treatment and my future at St. Marys Family Health. ***This is my opinion and view based on my personal experiences and treatment at St. Marys Family Health. I do not speak for anyone else. Each person has their own unique experiences and opinions regarding St. Marys Family Health.***”

“My daughter started in Open Access - she was a close to a mental health crisis as I want to get - it was scary as a parent, but I couldn't deny what I as seeing in her. I called first, and they had me come right in with her - they we warm and welcoming and she was seen immediately. She was seen a couple of times at Open Access while we waited for an slot with a therapist. My daughter loves and trusts her therapist and she has made incredible progress in just a few months. Thank you. What a great resource in the community.”

“This once was an amazing practice with amazing providers and staff. Ever since the move from Memorial hospital this place has turned upside down. They suggest using the portal for all communication including med refills and appointments of non urgent messages yet no one responds for days to weeks after. You try to call on the phone and rarely someone answers the phone in person. If you leave a voicemail sometimes no one ever returns your call. Only the long term staff (receptionists, nurses and providers) that have been there over the years and since before the move are the only ones with any respect. So many disrespect staff that should be retrained in the healthcare field. You should be making others feel comfortable and welcomed as that is what your job entails. It's no wonder so many amazing providers have left over the years.”

“Would have been 5 stars if it were not for the unprofessional nature of the receptionists,I find it troublesome that every occasion that I have brought my son to see his therapist it is always a lengthy wait at the reception window... 3 young women behind the window having private conversations, chatting it up with the mail carrier, browsing the internet and always finish what they are doing before they address the individuals at the window.I feel that at the past three appointments I have waited at the window for no less then ten minutes while the receptionists went in and out the door, peered up from their computer screens made eye contact with me and were not even courteous enough to imply that they would be with me momentarily if at all. I feel it makes for a rude, unwelcoming and aggravating experience as if raising children with special needs and or Mental health issues is not difficult enough on its own the last thing a mother wants is to make an appointment for her child where on your arrival you both are treated as a last priority. The disconcerting nature of the staff is unsettling. As for my child's therapist Brittany she is a WONDERFUL girl who from our experience handles her patients with much thought and concern she is much worth passing through the bulldogs at the front gate i highly recommend her! 😁”
