“She used to be a decent facility with good practices and care and respect however that is gone downhill considerably. staff are often rude and discourteous. I moved primary care to new location to the new offices of Dr Joshua hamoud we still works out of the St JohnSparrow but also in owasso. I was sorely disappointed after being there for short period of time, only to find that the disparaging treatment remained because some of the staff were the same staff from the closed office of Dr k McLaughlin. The poor and disrespectful consideration Patient receive deplorable I want to disrespectful, and their needs often pushed aside. Got so bad I had to write to the u of m office of integrity and civil rights. They assured me that they were making changes and that they would be no longer this kind of complained of treatment However, when I ran out a needed medication I ran into the same situation and worked effortlessly for well over 4 days trying to get a resolution. This is an isolated my complaint of the interactions with the staff because it was witnessed by my other half as well as my sister in a two-way call. As reviews state, it's certain staff that lack professionalism and should be FIRED! If I could give this office a no-star I would it could be much improved simply by retraining staff and getting rid of the bad element rounds badly and the doctor providing the services. There's a reason why doctor Hamoud doesn't allow Google reviews because you would see more complaints The negative thing about that is you can't really improve upon something You're not willing to be made aware of. My suggestion to anyone who is considering to move their parent or grandparent to these services as I am geriatric to be vigilant and advocate on behalf of them to assure their treated with dignity compassion and respect which is only common decency.”

“I was a patient of Dr. Gregory Holzhei for about four years as a young adult. During that time, I was struggling with severe chronic back and pelvic pain that began around age 15. Throughout multiple visits, I was repeatedly advised to do yoga, strengthen my core, and improve my posture. At my final appointment before changing providers, I was told to "sit up straight." I felt that my concerns were often dismissed. On several occasions, I brought up the possibility of endometriosis and other underlying causes for my pain, but because imaging did not show anything significant, those concerns were not further explored. After continuing to struggle with pain for several more years and seeking care from a different physician, I ultimately underwent surgery that confirmed I had endometriosis. This was my personal experience, and I wish my symptoms had been taken more seriously earlier in the process. Patients dealing with chronic pain should feel heard and have their concerns thoroughly evaluated”

“I cannot say enough good things about Kelsey Thelen, NP. She is like the Nancy Drew of the medical world. If you have something wrong, she will keep investigating it until there is an answer or solution. If you are frustrated with your doctor or don't feel you have good communication with them, I highly recommend her. Great listener, very personable. You will feel immediately comfortable with her. She is the saving grace for me at this clinic. I would have transferred to another medical group with all the other issues I have had since I started going there several years ago.”

“Care seems to be close or below average, lower level staff under doctor position not PA and DA but under these positions doesn't seem to promote an positive approach, friendly attitude or maintain a positive feedback. The care is there I suppose and the other positive staff make up for the ones that are not. Time response for covid and flu test/ strep throat in a 8 room emergency facility does not seem necessary for a four hour wait. *Pain and uncomfortable situations is the purpose of why people go into the emergency to receive relief and care to treatment..but when the pain is not taken seriously and not the number one care then this could lead to malpractice and misunderstanding to the real cause of any medical attention.
