“My provider deserves a 5 but whoever determines policy changes has ruined this place for me. I was able to do telehealth for my visits, which only takes 15 minutes out of my day usually and I can do them from work. But suddenly (the business day before my appointment), they called and said they “no longer do telehealth” and I would need to come in person. They had no other options for changing it, so I had to take the day off work. I clarified that this is the policy for all future appointments, despite me being over an hour away. I only came here because they offered telehealth. Now a 15 minute appointment makes me miss 3 HOURS of work. They claimed it’s for “better care” but now I won’t be getting care at all! How is that better? Never coming back here again. Oh AND while I waited for my appointment, they scheduled 2 different people for telehealth (so it being “the new policy for everyone” is a lie), and some poor girl walked in for her intake to be told they “lost her appointment due to a computer error” and made her leave! The office management side of things is a mess. This same thing happened to me for my intake. They completely forgot to enter in my appointment and I drove all the way out for nothing. Edit: the email the gave me in the comment does not work (shocker) AND I am not getting any service in person that I didn’t receive via Telehealth (vitals, controlled substances, etc.). The comment from the company is full of misinformation.”

“The experience I’ve had with this place has been a nightmare. I was accused of buying my medications from someone else when the reality was that I had to go completely cold turkey off two medications while waiting to get an appointment to fill them. I had to go well out of my way just to get one of the two meds filled, and then they even screwed that up by saying I didn’t have a pharmacy on file after I told them twice in the same phone call where to send them. Luckily, I had a refill I thought had run out, or I would’ve had even worse withdrawal symptoms than I did. They caused me to have to stop two medications cold turkey while under their care. They also had me wait over an hour at one appointment after I was late, only for them to completely ignore me and not fit me in. I was completely fine with just rescheduling, but it really feels like this place holds grudges over being late to an appointment. I’ve lost so much income between countless appointments that are now useless and severe side effects from my SSRI medication not being filled. I cannot stress enough to avoid this place. I have never in my life dealt with a practice as horrible as this one.”

“I worked with a therapist here for about nine months, and I want to be clear that my concerns are not about the therapist themselves. My decision to leave was primarily due to the administrative practices. The clinic has a 24‑hour cancellation policy, which I understand and respect. However, the one time I needed to cancel—still the day before my appointment but slightly past the 24‑hour window—I wasn’t informed that doing so would result in a $100 fee. I only learned about the charge afterward. What made this more frustrating is that a few weeks later, the clinic cancelled my appointment due to a therapist emergency, with no advance notice. There was no mention of any fee or penalty on their end, which made the policy feel very one‑sided. The breaking point came at my next visit, when the staff member checking me in told me, in a threatening tone, that all my future sessions would be cancelled unless I paid the late fee immediately. That interaction made me deeply uncomfortable. I cancelled all upcoming appointments on the spot and began looking for care elsewhere. I understand the need for cancellation policies, but the lack of communication, the inconsistency in how they apply their own rules, and the hostile approach to enforcing fees were major red flags for me.”

“I deal with Lauren and Mya almost every week, for my son. Lauren is wonderful! She always takes time to listen to any concerns we have and keep us informed. Mya is my son's therapist and she is the ABSOLUTE BEST THERAPIST! She is patient, kind, and always caring. This place is amazing! 10 out of 10, highly recommend.”
