“This place is a joke. It's not for mental health at all, it's a court appointed chop shop for offenders... If you go voluntarily, you well be met with ZERO scheduling, Angry and incompetent staff, and barely if any transportation available. If you seek mental health, this place will make your life WORSE !!! Plus they won't see you for mental health unless you say your addiction to something... most of the staff just play camp counselor, then use anything you say against you. If this place wasn't court driven, they would be out of business. They promise to do this n that, then leave u standing there and never show... then when u call, they belittle you like you did it... again, it's a joke... they advertise numerous therapy options... no one there is a licensed therapist... they are counselors with university of Phoenix wallpaper... contact the BBB, this place is a scam!!!”

“Once semo rolla missouri got my $200 money for react class they wouldnt give me a schedule, they would give me the run around when i would call to get a schedule, they told me i have to speak to one lady who was never there. They wouldn't call back. For over 9 months they played me around. I talked to many others who they ripped off as well, and state parole officers and federal parole officers also knew about them ripping many people off. Do not go to semo rolla. They are a joke and very unprofessional. I had to go to madac in ownesville mo to get it done and i recommend them.”

“This is the most ridiculous drug treatment place I have ever been too. They are so overloaded there in a hurry to get you out asap. They barely listen they won't help. Everything is always so far behind and disorganized. They say that they are there for you and they care about your sobriety but they don't. You can call your medication in days before and the day you pickup it's still not there you always have to sit around and wait hours just to get your medication. You do everything right your supposed to do but they never do what their supposed to do. They schedule everyone at the same time but never are on time it's usually an hour later your just called into your appointment time then takes longer just to do it. They expect you to do everything your supposed to do and be on time but they never live up to their expectations. You might as well relapse and be a drug addict cause the way they operate things never get done and it always risks someone going without the proper medication they need .worst place I've ever been to and had services from in my life I wouldn't go there ever. Definitely not!!!!”
