“If I could put a negative review on here I would. My son has been placed here in the last year being the 2025 year. During his stay he has been physically assaulted by numerous staff members resulting in bruising concrete burns and a possible dislocation of his shoulder. The acts of cruelty are unacceptable and outlandish. My son is a very small 16 year old boy. These are full grown adult men and women paid to protect my child while under their care and yet he is being abused. According to his case manager there is an open investigation due to one incident where my son was kicked in the chest by a staff member recently. However no one has been so much as placed on leave of absence for this assault. Let alone the more serious situations that have all happened in the last week. He shouldn’t have to live thru this violence no child should!!!!!!! This place is an embarrassment to child care everywhere. I wouldn’t send my enemies dog there!!!!”

“This place is a bad place to send your kids I can speak from experience the staff rough handle the kids in the hold/restraints and antagonize the kids when frustrated the staff also say things such as “I’ve been waiting for a good hold” I don’t mind doing the hold paperwork”and “I can do this all day” and some staff come in everyday and mistreat and disrespect the kids”
