I'm disabled with chronic pain and can't always make it to therapy because of my health or problems with transportation. “VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for my 12 year old daughter, when I first went in they told me it was a therapy session. When I got there they told me it was an assessment and my daughter would be put on the waiting list. We FINALLY after waiting WEEKS to get an appointment got one scheduled. Ruth emailed me pretty late on a Sunday night to schedule. Then the day of the actual therapy appointment I get an email stating my daughter’s appointment had been canceled. I tried calling several times to see what happened and when I could reschedule. I did not hear back until after 5pm. Ruth states I physically texted her office phone number canceling my daughter’s appointment we’ve waited WEEKS for with a shitty excuse saying “sorry we can’t make it”. Would not show any kind of proof. Which if it was from my phone number it would in now way be a HIPPA violation. She also stated “I’ve been so busy I just now got the time to call back.” So she was busy, canceled my daughter’s appointment with no notice or explanation. I would not recommend such an unprofessional place for professional help. You and yours deserve BETTER.”

“Ruth was an absolute delight. Along with therapy they offer parenting classes and other services. They were flexible with scheduling. It is a very relaxed environment and child friendly which I greatly appreciated. Both the front desk and therapist themselves were excellent at communicating. These ladies are amazing and give 100% to all their clients.”
