“I love the staff here they are very welcoming and I am really feeling seen and heard by Dr Brinkley and her staff. I have been going through a lot of grief and Nurse Roxann told me about her story and what she did that helped her and I really appreciated what she was doing she was letting me into part of her life story in order to try and help me with mine and she didn’t have to but she did and her doing that has helped me just a little more and I really hope she know she is very appreciated the world needs more nurse like Roxann it would just make life better because she has a very big heart so Thank you”

“I had an 11:30 appointment today. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been rescheduled and that I “should have received a call or text.” I showed them my messages, and the only thing I received was a confirmation for my appointment this morning. They admitted it was their mistake and said they had gotten busy. I drove 25 minutes to Marion just to be told I now have to wait until April 30th to be seen. That’s 51 extra days because of an error on their end. I scheduled this appointment back in January for March 10, so essentially I’m expected to wait over 100 days total to be seen due to their mistake. That’s incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable. If mistakes like this happen, there should be a way to correct them the same day rather than pushing patients out another month and a half truly pathetic. I will not be going here anymore”

“When I switched providers a couple years ago it was because someone had referred me to Dr McDonald… I have been nothing but happy with all services here. The staff is always friendly, whenever I have questions about my health, records or billing they have always helped. When using the patient portal to send messages I always get a reply. They help to work with me for my appointment times. I am so happy with this place and don’t see me ever switching.”
