Since starting, my anxiety has decreased by about 75%, my relationships have improved, and it’s become easier to stay calm and not let things overwhelm me. The VA process was also very straightforward — I got a referral through my VA primary care doctor and was approved for Community Care, with up to 30 sessions covered at a time.
