“Still waiting for my 9 am appointment, receptionist is very rude and unhelpful, I have contacted the clinic multiple times asking for help with reaching my provider for my scheduled one hour appointment and the receptionist hung up on me and I’ve been waiting on hold now for 5 minutes. Good luck if you need actual help here.”

“Serene health was where I finally found the most amazing therapist, Tiffany Paulette. She helped me in ways no therapists ever had. She connected with me and helped me through so much of my trauma. She encouraged me. She spoke to me instead of making me do all of the talking. She genuinely cared about me and wanted me to heal and grow. She even had me starting couples counseling with my husband. The day of my first couples session, I get a text message from Serene that my session was cancelled. No phone call. Just a text. I was devastated. It was years to finally get my husband to agree. The day of, I get a text.... not happening. I then had my regular appointment with Tiffany where she tells me she is leaving by the end of the week, and would keep me posted on where she was going by Friday. But that never happened. And that was that. Serene forgot about me. No one ever gave me any direction from there. I begged to get info on Tiffany since she was my person. They refused. They never tried to make it right. The manager was unapologetic and uncaring. Its obvious that the business end of Serene is just about the money. Not the mental health. If iw was mental health, they would have never put me through any of that. They would understand connection matters. I have yet to find anyone as effective and helpful as Tiffany. It sucks!”

She is Very professional, a woman of God, very relatable, easy to talk to and I’m grateful to God I was led here.
