“Was looking for a new primary care provider and set up an appointment. They called me the day of and said they were switching to a virtual appointment because they didn’t do in office appointments on Wednesdays (still not sure why I was able to schedule it in that case). I asked to reschedule to Saturday instead. I got an email saying I was scheduled for a virtual appointment for Saturday. I called and left a message asking if that was correct or if it was an office appointment. Never got a call back. I showed up that Saturday regardless and the appointment went well enough. Didn’t have to wait at all and everyone in the office was pleasant. They ordered blood work for me, told me to go to Quest to get it done and that they would schedule a follow up appointment for that Wednesday to discuss the results. Went to Quest and they never sent the order through. I called and left a message and also sent a message on the online portal. They claimed they sent the order before I left the office but that they would send it again. Went back to Quest and was able to get the blood work done. I rescheduled my follow up appointment to the next week since I was delayed getting the test done. Joined a zoom call and sat for 45 minutes, no one ever showed up. I called the office, left a voicemail again, and never got a return call. At this point I’m just going to find another PCP. Everyone was nice but the communication is awful.”

“Huge communication problems. Whenever I try to get a hold of Glady’s Larsen. I leave voicemails and send emails, never recieve anything back. Receptionist’s work from home and they’re no help either. There is only 1 phone number, email and fax to contact her office. I hope this improves.”

“I recently had my 1st in person visit to Prosper Health & Wellness. Easy to locate (Tinley Court) next to Roscoe's Restaurant, convenient parking was a plus! I was greeted by reception as I walked in the door, the facility is Modern, comfortable, & very clean. Before I could experience the soothing massage chair my provider Gladys, NP walked out to escort me to one of the rooms to administer my services. She was pleasant, efficient, & very knowledgeable. I had no idea of the many services offered at this location. I may need to add the Telemed services as I think Gladys T. Larsen, NP with her Healthcare knowlwedge & years of experience would be a great addition in my ongoing Health & Wellness journey!”
