How likely are you to recommend Salt and Light Psychological Services PLLC?
What patients say on Google
“I truly can’t say enough good things about my therapist, Abby Goode. She is a real-life angel. From day one, she’s created a space where I feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. She has helped me navigate so much of my trauma with patience, compassion, and real insight, while also helping me better understand how I process emotions, how I cope, and what healing can actually look like in everyday life. Abby has a gift for meeting you exactly where you are and gently guiding you forward. She doesn’t just listen—she helps you make sense of your experiences, build healthier patterns, and feel empowered in your own growth. Because of her support, I’ve been able to do deep work that once felt overwhelming and start moving toward real, lasting healing. If you’re looking for a therapist who is kind, thoughtful, incredibly skilled, and deeply invested in your well-being, I wholeheartedly recommend Abby. I’m so grateful for the care and guidance she provides.”
“Salt and Light Psychological Services offers high-quality therapy with caring and skilled therapists. The therapist was kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable and understood. I felt supported during every session and confident in the care I received.”
“If I could give zero stars, I would. Billing policies aside, the real issue is how this office treats people. What stood out most was the receptionist’s Ashley’s tone—condescending, accusatory, and completely lacking empathy. For a mental health practice, this is unacceptable. People come here already vulnerable and dealing with personal issues. A little professionalism and basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask. Also I would say that this practice is really geared towards veterans and not so much for other types of therapy. The office lacks appropriate environment and ambiance for private and calm conversations.”
“I am so grateful for the help I received at Salt and Light Psych over the past year. I highly recommend Dr. Cantwell to anyone who is walking through a difficult time in life and needs guidance. She is kind and sympathetic, but is also straightforward and will tell you the hard things. Her knowledge and understanding is a breath of fresh air. I can't recommend her enough!”
