“Id give zero stars if I could. My primary referred me here for depression and medication management. Went a month without hearing anything. Called numerous times and never got an answer. FINALLY got a call back and was informed that their referral process consists of the doctor looking at the referral and your medical record and then deciding if they WANT to take you on as a new patient. As a medical professional, how can you pick and choose who you help?! That's beyond acceptable. And I plan to let EVERYONE know how their "referral" process works. You should be ashamed of yourself. Pick a new profession, because helping people ISNT for you.”

“very professional and caring. Down side it may take awhile to get an appointment because they are good and popular. They offer appointments after 5 pm but are closed Friday, Saturday & Sunday Best one in Salisbury.”

“Wish I could put zero stars. I have never in my life been to a Dr. office with my child that NEVER answered the phone. You always had to leave a message. She just dropped my son because she said he was not being compliant with his medication. Which he was. No matter if it made him feel awful. He still took it. Dr. Lowery just could not figure out what to do for him, so they dropped him. She only wants easy cases to finish out her career. Do not go here if you want to be able to manage your mental wellness as this is not the place to do so. I have never been so upset at her or the staff and lack of knowledge and empathy for her patiences.”

“Wish I could give no stars. Every time I went there for a visit there were some kind of problems with the staff including the primary doctor. On the door it says service dogs welcome. I was in an armed robbery with a gun held to my head and my son working the front at the time. I have severe PTSD because of that in 2015. I had a 22 pound chihuahua as my see ice dog that I had since conception that went everywhere with me including all of my appointments. The doctor never seemed to listen to my concerns as to what was going on since my last visit. She also refused to see me with my service dog present asking me to leaving her in a hot vehicle to continue with my appointment. Sorry but not putting my partner in a hot vehicle for a minimum of 10-15 minutes. Would she put her child or leave them in a hot car for the duration of her appointment…I don’t think so. I’ve always taken MooMoo with me to all of my appointments I had there and none of the other doctors that I did see had a problem with it, only Dr Lowry. When she had other doctors there I had no problems until it was her as the only doctor there. As you can see in the photos this is how she was at appointments and even a concert with me. She either sat next to me or laid down by my feet”
