“I came in with a family member the other day and Lisa was so attentive. She even assisted him with his paperwork when we came the lobby was pretty packed however she continued to check on each and every one of us every 15 to 20 minutes offering snack, and water. This is the type of service every Center should have. We went to one of the other bhucs in the past, and the service was definitely not like the service Lisa gives. Each client that came in the door, She had a smile on her face and made them feel so welcome. Rowan Bhuc is definitely a great center to come to if you need any type of assistance for mental health or substance abuse use I recommend this center above any other one we have ever visited.
