“The entire experience here is so amazing. From the friendly staff to being able to get all yor health needs addressed under at 1 place. Everything dental, which BTW Dr Carrol is great. Then psych, wellness, ect. They take insurance and if you dont have any they work on a sliding scale. They make whatever you face healthwise a wonderful joyful experience. Im so thankful for that!”

“The worst medical facility I’ve ever been a patient at. Don’t have high blood pressure, injury or a serious situation because they are unorganized, and have a million excuses. My PCP went through two medical assistants in a short time. I left multiple messages on my providers assistants line and never received a call back. I called the facility multiple times and left a message with the front desk because they were “busy.” Never received a call back. Then I was told that no one got my messages like I was a liar. Called to speak to the office manager Damika and at first she seemed like she was gonna address the situation that I was trying to get help with for days and she said I’ll call you if you don’t call me first. Called left a message and no call back. Then the following day instead of her calling me to address the situation I called her and got well we were “busy.” If you can’t attend to your patients in a timely manner then maybe you need to downsize to what you all can handle. On top of all this…I was treated terrible by office staff, triage nurses and the office manager. Don’t waste your time here…cause compassion, understanding and empathy are not apart of their mission statement whatsoever. My husband and I will be looking for a much better PCP then this.”

“They was so nice and it was very clean . I didn't have to wait a long time before I was took back to the room . They listened to everything I had to say . They also explained everything really good to where I could understand everything. This is one of the best dr office I've been to. I'm so happy my daughter n law told me about them. And it wasn't hard at all to change from my old dr office to this one. And they got me in right away. I'm very happy the nurses was so kind the dr are amazing. Sorry this was so long I was just very happy with them.”
