“It has taken me a few years to find a new Dr. I’ve seen a few and researched many. My new provider, Badia Harlin, was phenomenal. She listened to me, treated me with respect and compassion, and had conversation with me like I matter. There are providers I’ve had that can be manipulated into doing what I want instead of what is best. I’m grateful this felt like a collaboration without either of us strong-arming the other. When I needed a firm response, Badia stepped up. I appreciate that so much. I want to add that the office staff as well as those answering the phones were fantastic as well. It’s a treasure in this world to find care like this. Thank you to the entire staff. I felt heard for the first time in a long time.”
