“One of the nastiest places I've ever seen to be a medical office. The restrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. Worse then any truck stop restrooms I've ever seen. They took a swab of my daughters mouth to see what meds would be best for her system and when I called to get results, I was denied because of not going back!!”

“I've been going here for several months and I'm no better than when I started, it's like im not truly being listened to and was giving a prescription that the dr said would work almost immediately but it says it takes 5-8 weeks and isn't even fda approved for the main mental issue I'm having. The condition is almost crippling and feels like im having a heart attack at least 2-3 times a week. It's scary and I just want help.”

This place is nothing more than a complete & total UNPROFESSIONAL, unorganized, unreliable, untrustworthy, ignorantly staffed, rude, beyond disrespectful and degrading, unhelpful & just a big JOKE all around!!! EXCEPT FOR DR.CARUSO!!!! She is STRICTLY the ONLY reason I still take my severely autistic/non-verbal son to this godawful office!!! She is the only doctor I've ever found to truly honestly REALLY care and goes over & beyond to help out in every way!!! SO, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A MILLION STAR RATING FOR DR. CARUSO at this office!!! It's just TOO unfortunate that such an absolute ANGEL of a person inside & out & the best doctor out there (for us,) has to put up with such a horrible office!!!! I could go ON and ON. The ridiculous "appointment times" are NEVER EVER EVER when you scheduled them to be. THEN THEY MAKE IT OUT LIKE IT'S MY FAULT ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! You have to wait on a text message, that never comes half the time, to accept a video visit from the doctor. I get that my doctor is insanely busy, by all means. I just don't get why they would even offer to schedule appointments this way as we the people, too, have things going on everyday as well and cannot wait around for hours after schedule times for our appointment to begin. It's not the doctors fault at ALL. Just the office and management in general. Everyone is always just straight up rude or impossible to understand, as they do not have a lot of staff that speaks clear fluent English!!! There are the exceptions of some very friendly & helpful people I've dealt with there. But the BAD outweighs the GOOD here!!!!”
