From check-in to lab work to follow-up, they make every visit such a positive experience. In a world where good medical care can be hard to find, this office is truly a gem. I recommend them to everyone I know! I also love that there is a texting feature so instead of having to email, call, or leave voicemails… I can just text them to set up appts / with any questions!”

“I cannot write a 0 star review or I would. This is the most inefficient office I’ve ever been subjected to endure in my life. It is not a large office but the customer service and communication is so bad. I asked them to order a cancer screening for me on April 6. After several phone calls and even stopping in their office since I live in Ross Bridge, it took them a month to even order the screening. I had to follow up with them after 3 weeks had passed and I had not heard anything about the results. I found out they had received the results on May 18 but they did not give me the results at that time. Instead, they set up a telemedicine appointment for May 21 so they could bill my insurance $125 for a 30 second phone call to tell me my results were positive and I needed to have a follow up procedure as soon as possible. Maybe if I had wanted a Botox injection or face creams then I would have had my calls returned and more attention paid to me as a patient. I would not go to this office if my life depended on it, which it seems, mine does.”
