Having something that makes sense of my symptoms helped give me perspective about symptoms I felt were just failures on my part. It took about 3 months to be seen and evaluated, but I’m very thankful this is where I went. The initial paperwork was sent almost immediately after scheduling the evaluation, and completing it was simple to do.”
