“Unprofessional, on several occasions heard receptionists talking crap about other patients by name loud enough where me and any one else in the waiting room could hear. The doctor was nice but brainless, always went to covid as the answer to any sickness when I know it wasn't covid. Sent me everything through my care which I hardly look at and after claiming they tried to "call me" several times with no answer, I got no calls at all, they just dropped me as a patient all together with no warning.”

“AVOID!!! I have gone multiple times without proper medication. This has happened many and many of times over the years, not only with me, but my spouse as well. SCARY! These are in fact the professionals in which we basically rely on for proper prosperity. Not only have I been forced to go without, I have also been told that the last time I was prescribed said medication was months and months ago..when I have the bottle, paperwork, and decent memory to show.. mean PROVE otherwise. We are suppose to trust these people with our health, and basically lives, yet they have no idea what is going on. This is how people/patients run into serious and potentially fatal issues. VERY SCARY! If you are forced into using the Canandaigua hub as your primary, try to find another way not to be forced. Otherwise hopefully you...ALREADY, have an unlimited supply of anti-anxiety medication. You're going to need it, prescription or not!”

“Are you looking for a doctor that cares about your health? Well keep looking. Jennifer M. Albrecht doesn’t care about her patients health in the slightest. My wife called trying to schedule an appointment and a nurse called back saying that she needed to go to urgent care without asking or trying to hear any details regarding what’s going on. An absolute waste of a medical degree and a brain. (2 stars because the nurses are great!)”

“I love this office. They aren't pushy about changing Your diet, but support those who wish to reclaim their healthy from the inside out. They also offer monthly potlucks and meditation classes. And the staff is absolutely wonderful. So glad I found them!!”
