“Unfortunately wasn’t able to schedule or get any information. Played phone tag for over a month. Tried to have another person assist in getting me in with a therapist but due to lack of communication and follow up, I haven’t not been able to get continued care. The therapist here is awesome as I had him at another practice and it’s unfortunate that I am unable to continue with a therapist who I already connected with and made progress with. And I now how to start completely over with a stranger, I feel this sets back my progress a lot as it’s very difficult to find a good therapist these days. It shouldn’t take over a month to be able to get information and complete intake. (Or even get someone on the phone…)”
