What patients say on Google
“I would never go here after my grandson died from fentanyl poisoning in 2024. A counselor from RHA stated she wanted to talk to me about what happened to him. I never met her before but wanted to find out who gave my grandson the fentanyl. She came to my house but not to really talk about my grandson but to try and buy my prescription medication. I have all this on tape. I sent it to the board for mental health because at that time my therapist stated that it would be covered up. The board promised to get back in touch with me regarding this but now stated they don't give out information on this. If they would have told me what the outcome was then I would have not posted this. Anyone that is interested in listening to the recording I still have it and your welcome to hear it. I don't trust this organization any longer.”
“The Peer Living Room is a unique and welcoming place to just relax and chill out in a safe space. Different then hanging out in a coffee shop. I must say, the current staff of peers, Lindsey, Izzy and Heather, managed by Sarah, do an outstanding job. If you need resources or just a place to breath easy for a while, check it out. There are also a variety of groups during the week. We all need community to boost our spirits.”
“I am highly dissatisfied with RHA. They did my CCA on the 14th and still have yet to send it to my vaya care manager. I'm not going to be thrilled if I have to reach out to Monarch, cooper riis or Caroline outreach for one to be done faster.”
“Their "nurses" dress like prostitutes. They stole a cell phone charger from me. They kept me then said I need a medical bed instead and sent me to Mission last year. Never should've done intake with Andrew last year in Hendersonville. They cater to addicts/druggies. I have PTSD.”
