“We just recently started with this counseling center, and so far the experience has been wonderful. The process has been smooth from the very beginning. The facility itself is clean, calming, and soothing, which makes it a very comfortable environment. The staff have all been great — kind, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions we’ve had. We feel very supported and are grateful for such a positive start here.”

“I do not recommend, I was trying to reschedule my appointment and I spoke to the Emily she said she doesn’t have any open. Jennifer She was the worst person I have seen very unprofessional, I do not recommend this place to anyone.”

“Stay away. Intake process and administration a nightmare. We had an incident occur within our family and our 10 years needed and still needs to talk with a professional about. Upon first calling for help, we were told his file would be flagged as red and that he can get seen within 48 hours. 48 hours later we finally get a phone call from an administrative assistant to get our email address to send us intake forms and instructions to proceed with scheduling. We were told that he could be seen in person at the Fredericksburg office once we completed everything. The intake instructions were confusing along with grammar issues. After completing the required documents, we were told to wait for another phone call to finally get on the schedule. After 48 more hours and calling twice I get a phone call back saying that he can no longer be seen in the Fredericksburg office. Now we're back to square one looking for a place that is covered by our insurance. A week has gone by, and our son still hasn't received help. We should have known better from the start of this ridiculous intake process to start looking elsewhere.”
