“I dont understand what happened. Im from out of state I paid 250 for an initial assessment. I was given 2 weeks of medication and then when i explained that my medication needed to be increased I was spoke to aggressively by an office manager who was so happy to be in control of something that he forgot they are in the business of helping people. My brother died three months ago, I really needed help and I woke up to an email with a canceled appointment. I have documentation to prove my conditions but again they wanted to 250 cash and then they refuse to help. They were very helpful until they werent. If you really need help go to emergency room.”
