What patients say on Google

“Jemima is amazing. She listens and understands the issues I'm going through. She's helped me over the years find the correct medication that works best for me, but most importantly very responsive to my messages. I'm not sure how someone could give someone so nice and excellent at her a job a bad review.”
Chris Upchurch
“I usually don’t have an issue with this place. However my last appointment I was promised a prescription refill that was not actually given. I think it’s an honest mistake however I am having the HARDEST time trying to get this office to correct their mistake and give me the refills that were discussed during my visit. I was told to make another appointment just to speak about the damn issue. Not good service!”

“I want Jemima and other patients to know I've suffered from trauma from her for over 5 years now. I had an appointment I rescheduled twice three weeks ahead (my grandmother died around this time, so I kept having to fly to texas), in which when I finally showed up for that appointment, we spoke for a few minutes before the call dropped. I then tried to contact her several times but kept getting the desk and then redirecting me to her before it dropped. After about the fourth try, I was told by the desk agent that I would no longer be seen as a patient because I "reschedule too much." It was completely out of the blue, and I barely even spoke with Jemima. I immediately sobbed and asked what she was talking about since I had only had to reschedule one appointment several times a few weeks ahead, and the disconnection issues weren't on my side. Even the desk agent couldn't give me answers and seemed thrown off by Jemima's behavior. There was no instance of rescheduling before that appointment, nor was it ever communicated that rescheduling was counted against you. I then tried to log on my account AS I WAS ON THE PHONE CRYING, and my account was already deleted within seconds. She didn't give me any answers or any directions with my medicine. She just had a bad morning one day and decided to take it out on me and cause irreversible trauma. I'm STILL scared of psychiatrists and them dropping me out of nowhere because of something I was unaware of. Save your money, time, and energy and don't go to her. She will only scar you and mess with your meds. This happened around 2020, and this is the kind of person she is. Shes not kind or understanding, she sees it purely as money. Listen to your gut and avoid this place.”

“I was anxious about how things would go, as I'd only run into obstacle after obstacle in the form of doctors that couldn't listen to me. Jemima was straight forward about treatment plan that will be My visit with Jemima was very helpful. She was kind and patient and explained things in an easy to understand way”
