“I stopped by the other day to see what services Proud Moments Smyrna provided, and upon entry I realized the door was locked. I soon found out that it was a safety feature to keep everyone safe. I thought that was a fantastic feature and safety net added at this facility for the safety of all the clients. When I entered the lady at the front desk asked how she could help me I simply told her I was inquiring about all their services, and she introduced me to Mrs. Brandi. Mrs. Brandi was so kind and welcoming as she informed me of every service they provide at Proud Moments. While talking to Mrs. Brandi, I realized that she was very professional and attentive. She took notes and addressed all my questions. The attention to detail that she provided me was first class. I felt at home, and I felt like she honestly cared about my situation. “Money-hungry and incompetent staff are the words I would use to describe this location. I would avoid choosing this place for my child’s ABA provider at all costs. The BCBA does not have a client-centered approach and is just doing cookie cutter recommendations to appease the clinic director and what’s best for the company.”
