“The Reflections outpatient program for high schoolers brought back hope for my daughter that although life would still be hard at times, she could improve and engage in life again! One of my sons also was enrolled in two different outpatient programs (not Reflections) in his teens. They were somewhat helpful, but Reflections was far and above a better choice! The facility has plenty of room, is clean, calm and a nice environment. All of the staff were always very helpful, kind, professional, personable and took care of any issues quickly and appropriately! It was a very peaceful atmosphere (something we hadn't experienced in the other out patient programs). The therapists communicated at least weekly how my daughter was doing and how we as parents could help with her recovery! The therapist was also always an email or phone call away if we needed more immediate help. We had as many family sessions as we needed to best help my daughter! I felt that my daughter was truly loved, safe and learning the tools she needed to function better in life! I fully recommend the Reflections program!”
