“Priscilla Cepeda, a Nurse Practitioner, was Absolutely amazing. She saw my elderly mom on an urgent last minute appointment. We heard about her through the grapevine. She was able to see my mom less than 4 hours of meeting her via phone. Upon arrival, we were greeted by TJ. TJ is so loving and professional. It's so wonderful to be treated with love and dignity. I forgot that we were there for a doctor's appointment. Just to be clear, she is not a doctor but way more humble and still wrote prescriptions my mom needed. They both listened to all of our concerns and never interrupted us. We are just blown away by the customer service and we Highly recommend this primary medical location. They treat anything from the flu to most illnesses. Tell them YANCEY sent you!”

“The relationship between a therapist and a client is an interesting thing. Since you are basically paying to talk about your issues and hopefully gain some insight, you are the boss, but in a lot of my therapy relationships, I’ve been more like a patient than anything else. I would go into appointments with the thought of “here are all my issues, please help me@ and I would trust that the therapist would know what to do and how to help. I’ve been to therapy where we talk a lot but I didn’t really make much progress, and some that just didn’t work, for whatever reason. I’m saying all of this because therapy is different for everyone, and what works for me may or may not work for you. I will say that, without a doubt, Natasha has been the most effective therapist I’ve ever worked with. She offers help which is to be expected, but it’s the particulars of her methods that have worked for me. The first is her…school of therapy? Discipline? I don’t know the correct term, but parts in memory worked like a charm for me. The second is her style. She doesn’t just sit back and listen. She offers guidance and is a master at reframing what is being said into actionable dialogue. What this did for me was to help me make connections between my past and what I am feeling now and sort of helps accelerate the healing. Natasha is smart and insightful. She will challenge you. She will help you make sense of your feelings and thoughts. She is also funny and pleasant to be around. I’ve never caught her on a bad day, which isn’t something I can say for all of my therapists. In summary, every penny Ive spent working with Natasha was worth it, no question. She is by far the most effective therapist I’ve worked with. To say my life has changed with her assistance is an understatement. I don’t want to gloat but I will say that I’m happy now and it’s because she helped and guided me through some very uncomfortable truths. I recommend her absolutely, and I hope that if you decide to give her a try, you can experience the changes that I have. And those changes came from inside. All she had to do was highlight them for me and convince me that I could do it. Whichever way you go, I hope you find peace. Being happy is worth the work.”
