“I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Hasek for 1:00. They called me LESS THAN ONE HOUR before my appointment to cancel, and then said there was nothing available for me to reschedule with them for 4 months. I asked what happens when we get to 4 months and the doctor decides she wants to cancel again last minute with no notice, and was told I'd be pushed out again to the next available--so the same thing would happen all over again. Completely unprofessional to deal with. If I called less than an hour before my appointment I'm sure they'd try to charge me.”

“I have been seen here for 3 years and my depression and anxiety have only grown worse since coming here. They never keep regular scheduled appointments, ALWAYS weekly calls for rescheduling for my son. He started seeing his therapist 2 months ago and has only seen her ONCE!!! Oh and don’t go into therapy venting what’s going on in your personal life, they LOVE to call child protective services ( one instance is because my teenage son explored pornography) so Beth said she would have to call CPS!!!! I went through 4 therapists in 3 years, been having meds pushed down my throat (that I didn’t even know what they were for) 5 different meds at the same time. I am actively looking for a better mental health facility other than this. And they communicate like crap. DO BETTER!”

“Last minute mental health issues with my team and they were extremely helpful with me and my concerns. Was nearly time they closed but everyone was understanding my need to get some things straightened out for the night. Tomorrow is a whole new day with all sorts of other issues that I will deal with then. I hope you find this place just as helpful should you ever be in a situation that relates to mental health field.”
