“So grateful for Emily. Before I saw her, I was battling OCD like tendencies, high anxiety, and living in fear. I didn’t feel like I had control over my thoughts. After over a year of therapy, which also included processing the death of a family member, I have been able to move forward. Emily gave me tools to put in place in my everyday life to work through things as they came up. She helped me write a plan. She empathized and validated with how I was feeling, and supported my desire to grow. I truly didn’t know how I would live a life without medication or constant panic. I’m glad to say today, I am no longer struggling and I still use the tools she gave me if something comes up.
