“I was in a genuinely hopeless spot when I was first told about red top. The fact that they turned me from someone who was inevitably going back to use drugs to someone who wants to be sober and healthy minded shocked me. I was welcomed in and encouraged every day. The therapists are always working together to make sure every treatment plan is what it should be for everyone on an individual basis. The groups are always there for those who want them and lead by a motivated staff member. The techs are experienced and knowledgeable people who make every need a possibility. The lack of freedom only exists if you want it to. They saved my life twice and put me on track to be the best me I can be. Thank you so much red top staff !!!”
“I'm leaving 4.5 stars because my experience here was genuinely life-changing, even if there were a few minor drawbacks. The Good: After five years of bouncing between therapists and psychiatrists with no clear answers, Red Top was able to pinpoint my diagnosis with accuracy and precision in just a matter of weeks. That alone is worth its weight in gold. They actually listen and know what they're doing. The staff here are incredibly professional—and what makes them even more remarkable is that many of them have personally walked through addiction and mental health struggles themselves. They get it on a deeper level. You can tell they take their jobs seriously because they genuinely care about your recovery. Groups run about 1 hour and 15 minutes each, but honestly? They fly by. The time passes fast because the discussions are engaging and the environment feels safe. They also have great amenities—after groups, there are plenty of activities to keep you occupied. Everyone has access to TVs, a Nintendo Switch, and there's even a soda machine, which is a nice touch for some comfort during a tough time. They also make exceptions for nicotine addiction if you're really struggling and it's medically necessary—which shows they do have some flexibility when it truly counts. The Only Drawback: If I had to nitpick, the staff can sometimes take their jobs too seriously, which makes things feel a bit less lenient overall. A little more flexibility and warmth in the day-to-day rules would go a long way. But honestly, I'd rather have a team that cares too much than one that doesn't care at all. Final Verdict: Red Top gave me answers I couldn't find anywhere else after half a decade of searching. If you're looking for a place with skilled, compassionate staff who know their stuff—and you don't mind a slightly rigid structure—this is the place. Highly recommend.”
“I had a wonderful and rejuvenating stay at Red Top. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff - from therapists to nurses to techs - were almost always kind, respectful, and empathetic, always looking out for us and looking for any issues proactively. The other clients were a great comfort as well - we really felt we were all in it together, which developed a strong sense of camaraderie so important in facilities like these. I'd recommend Red Top to anyone who needs and deserves 30 days of personal growth and centering.”
