In situations involving abuse, careful safety planning, consistent communication, and responsible guidance are critical. I was flippantly urged to flee the relationship due to safety reasons/concerns, then was completely disregarded and effectively abandoned as a client. When reaching back out for resources and help, I was continuously ghosted and dismissed. When facing a potentially dangerous situation, I expected careful and ethical guidance; instead, the advice offered felt reckless and dismissive of the risks involved . I did not receive the level of care here that you trust , and I would not feel confident recommending this office to someone in a vulnerable critical situation seeking help and guidance.”
