“I called on December 9, 2025 and this is the 3rd time since. Never have I received a return call. I know there is at least one competent provider there but it certainly is not the person who fields your incoming calls. I only wanted to make an appointment before my medication ran out but that won't happen now. This is truly a terrible way to treat people and a poor first impression you present for your business. As you know most mental health meds should not be discontinued abruptly and some can kill you if you try. I am in a really bad spot right now because I couldn't even get the courtesy of a return phone call. I can't wait to put north carolina and the abysmal health care access behind me.”

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC.THEY WILL SIPHON FROM YOUR INSURANCE FOR SUB OPTIMAL CARE. NOISY HALLS AND NO NURSE TO COMFORT YOU LIKE OTHER CLINICS DO (UNC or GREENBROOK). ALL THAT THEY DID WAS PROVIDE THE NASAL SPRAY AND CHECK BLOOD PRESSURE. THEY'LL BILL YOUR INSURANCE THOUSANDS PER VISIT AND DO WHAT...CRAP CARE. I'M A DUKE GRAD AND I KNOW BAD CARE WHEN I SEE IT!! THERE ARE BETTER ALTERNATIVES@”

“Their psychiatrist left “on short notice” and had not sent refills appropriately for medications… also had zero communication that she was leaving… With a PCP maybe that would make sense, but with psychiatry? Very disheartening. Previously waited for 45 minutes for a follow up appointment and then only saw the provider (that left) for like, 5 minutes. Once I’m able to find another provider, I will! Bummer.”
